Our Boise Dog Trainer
Trainer Samantha Lee is located in northeast Boise in the Wilderness Ranch area and lives in a beautiful log cabin home. She joined our team in November of 2020 and brought with her a decade of experience in dog training. Originally from California, Samantha has worked for a number of businesses and not-for-profit organizations to include Guide Dogs for the Blind. She has a long list of credentials to include National K-9 Master’s Course certification, Master Canine Fitness Trainer certification, decoy training, puppy and e-collar universities and, of course, training under Valor K9 Academy’s owner and head trainer, Amy Pishner.
Samantha is Pet CPR/First Aid certified, a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. Samantha has a Lab named Tucker, a Heeler named Kit and two Belgian Malinois, Sloane and Savannah.
As a dog trainer, Samantha’s specialties include puppy imprinting and training, basic dog obedience training, e-collar off leash obedience training and behavioral modification training for aggressive and fearful dogs. Sam offers private one-on-one training (at your home or in a public location), boarding out of her home for client dogs and board and train programs for dogs of all ages, needs and breeds. She is an outstanding dog trainer who goes above and beyond for her clients – including changing her own vacation days to accommodate boarding her clients’ dogs – and her clients have had nothing but high praises for her!
